ATS Mods American Truck Simulator Mods

Step 1:  
Download either the 4k, 8k, or 16k WEATHER files below.  These files work on both ATS and ETS2.  This is a new weather file for ATS/ETS2 v1.58, the older weather files may not work correctly with the rest of the mod!

Step 2: 
Download the MAIN MOD FILES below for either ATS or ETS2 versions.

Step 3:
Extract the contents of the WEATHER and MAIN MOD FILES and follow the included directions in the RAR of the MAIN MOD FILES for installation instructions, load order, and ReShade set-up.  It is very important you read this for proper load order of the mod.

Project Next Level (PNL) v2.158.1 FIX/UPDATES (February 26, 2026)

These fixes/updates should hopefully correct some issues users were having with the ATS and ETS2 versions of PNL v2.158 when combined with SnowyMoon v2.  If you are not using SnowyMoon v2, we still recommend updating and replacing the files as directed below for your ATS/ETS2 version of PNL, as these fixes/updates also should hopefully correct some vegetation popping in and out issues, and some console errors that users were experiencing, plus we removed some duplicate and un-needed files and altered our compression methods, and tweaked some lighting/shading settings.

ATS VERSION:
Replace both the PNL_BASE_v2.158_[ATS].scs and PNL_VEG_v2.158_[ATS].scs files in your mod directory and load order with the newly downloaded and extracted PNL_BASE_v2.158.1_[ATS].scs and PNL_VEG_v2.158.1_[ATS].scs files and adjust your mod load order accordingly to remove the old files and add the new files. We recommend deleting the older files from your mod directory, but make a back-up copy first incase the new files do not work for you, then you wont have to re-download the old files.

These updates address:
– SnowyMoon v2 compatibility
– Vegetation pop‑in issues
– Console errors
– Duplicate/unnecessary files
– Lighting & shading tweaks

ETS2 VERSION:

**NOW INCLUDES LATEST PNG/PNL PREFAB FIX FOR BALTIC DLC CROSSING PREFAB ERRORS!**

Replace both PNL_VEG1_v2.158_[ETS2].scs and PNL_VEG2_v2.158_[ETS2].scs files in your mod directory with the newly downloaded and extracted PNL_VEG_v2.158.1_[ETS2].scs file and adjust your mod load order accordingly to remove the old files and add the new file. We recommend deleting the older files from your mod directory, but make a back-up copy first incase the new file does not work for you, then you won't have to re-download the old files.
