Cat C15 6NZ Straight Pipe -Â enhances the audio experience by providing a realistic and immersive sound for the Caterpillar C15 6NZ engine with a straight pipe exhaust. Created by modder Slav Jerry, with contributions from SCS Software (main sound samples and engine files) and Louisiana Truckspotting (exhaust samples in later versions), this mod is designed for both SCS trucks and many modded trucks. The straight pipe setup delivers a loud, aggressive, and deep rumble characteristic of a real C15 6NZ engine without a muffler. The mod is compatible with select SCS trucks (e.g., Peterbilt 389, Kenworth W900) and various modded trucks, though some SCS trucks may not support it due to the absence of a C15 engine in their real-world counterparts.
