This mod changes the sound of rain and adds thunder sounds, making the rain experience in ATS more immersive. This modification adds various natural sounds to the game, including water sounds like waves and streams, to make the environment more realistic.

This mod isn't even a scs file extension. Trying to add that, doesn't even help the mod show up in the game.
