Traffic Excavator mod Mutt 422 for Ats 1.5.x game version

Changes since the last version:
Excavator: Only uses only local roads
No more slow-moving road block in the traffic 
Speed set to 40km
Rework skins for both the ATS and ETS2
Messier skins two types
dds rework the wheels now looks brighter
In the ATS verision, skins are yellow and gray
Spawn_ratio set to 0.2
No sound added.
Mod is unlockt.
